1. Project Requests

All clients must provide accurate project details, including business name, design needs, preferred colors, wording, images, inspiration, deadline, and any other important information needed to complete the project.

MGR Graphics and Designs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late responses, or unclear project instructions.

2. Payments

Pricing will be confirmed before the project begins. A deposit or full payment may be required before any design work starts.

Work will not begin until the required payment has been received and the project details have been confirmed.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their project within 24 hours after payment or project confirmation, as long as design work has not already been completed.

If the client cancels after 24 hours or after work has started, a cancellation fee may apply.

A cancellation fee of 25% to 50% of the project total may be charged depending on how much work has already been completed.

A cancellation fee of 30% of the project total may apply if the project is canceled after work has started.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. Partial refunds may be considered depending on the amount of work completed.

No refund will be given for completed designs, approved designs, delivered files, or projects canceled after final delivery.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions depending on the service purchased. Revisions include reasonable changes to the original design request.

Major changes, new concepts, or changes outside the original request may require an additional fee.

6. Turnaround Time

Project turnaround time depends on the service, project size, communication, and revision needs. Estimated delivery times will be discussed before the project begins.

Delays may happen if the client does not provide required information, feedback, or approval in a timely manner.

7. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for checking all spelling, grammar, business information, names, phone numbers, addresses, website links, and social media handles before final approval.

Once a design is approved and delivered, any additional corrections may require an extra fee.

8. File Delivery

Final files will be delivered after the project is completed and any remaining balance has been paid.

Files may include PNG, JPG, PDF, or other agreed-upon formats depending on the project.

9. Ownership and Usage

Once the project is fully paid for, the client may use the final approved design for their business, brand, marketing, or personal use.

MGR Graphics and Designs LLC may display completed work in a portfolio, website, or social media page unless the client requests privacy before the project begins.

10. Communication

Communication may take place through email, phone, text, social media, or another agreed method.

Clients are expected to respond in a timely manner so the project can stay on schedule.

11. No guarantee of business results

MGR Graphics and Designs LLC provides design services, but does not guarantee sales, followers, business growth, or specific financial results.

12. Agreement

By placing an order or submitting a project request, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and understand that MGR Graphics and Designs LLC will begin work only after project details and payment requirements are confirmed.
